Our team of experienced counselors and counselors-in-training uses various evidence-based techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, reality therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness practices, to help our clients overcome negative thought patterns and behaviors. We believe in a holistic approach to mental health, addressing both the mind and body.

Our team is made up of licensed counselors and Counselors-in-training who specialize in a variety of areas, including depression, anxiety, trauma, OCD, couples, ADHD and Substance Use Treatment. We are dedicated to providing personalized care to each of our clients. We are committed to ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest research and techniques.
